No bondo anywhere.... I used Adtech marine...
No bondo anywhere.... I used Adtech marine fairing filler. It is rock solid and not easy to sand so only use where you want ot need it. Keep fill less than .125" thick in any area.

The only thing I could not get was the front...
The only thing I could not get was the front glass extrusions for the top, bottom and sides. I made my own using a extrusion from a salvage runabout windshield. I designed a template from my mock up...

1987 Prostar PWC "T"-Bone
I bought this 1987 PS190 from the second owner. He had the boat for 20+ years. Story goes like this.... his his daughter was driving the boat with his wife and her girlfriend in the spotter seat.......

The connections are clean and tight for sure....
The connections are clean and tight for sure. Only when the charger is on do I get power. I think the battery is flat dead but I never had one go so quick to the point of not even having enough juice...

I just put the charger to the battery and I have power. Could a battery go from starting to turn over the motor to killing it to thje point the radio and horn will not even work?

We were out enjoying our new boat (new to us) on a first cruise (while on vacation) went to head in and the motor started to turn over and then... Nothing.... No power to anything... Not even the...
