That was about 15 years ago, so my memory is a little fuzzy. But, it was enough to trash a set of overhead cams due to over torquing the cam caps. If I remember correctly...and this wasn't verified...

Personally I'd reccomend against the harbor freight torque wrench. I got burned extremely bad by one due to how inaccurate they are. I honestly think you're better with nothing at all over the HF...
