Holley 4160 Question

Does the Holley 4160 Marine Carb have a fast idle setting when you do a cold start?

I set the choke on my 88' PS 190 for a cold start:

1/4 pump on throttle squirts some fuel and closes butterfly...

Now that you've got that tank out you can detail your bilge :D Seriously, I used a generic steering wheel puller to remove the shaft of my v drive and it was a bit more crunchy then yours.
