This needs to get moved to engine forum. Any cylinder head shop can fix you up. The impalla SS used steel lt1 heads if I am not mistaken. You really just need to find the casting number on the head...

No gasket maker on the o-ring gasket is needed. If the triangular metal housing for the 140 t-stat is corroded clean it up with some sandpaper and use a light film of gasket maker on the gasket.

Where is the boat located? The heads can be brought back pretty easy with a valve job and some oversized valves and reamed guides. As long as they are not cracked the heads can really take some abuse...
