Bomb threat at Viper Customs

I was just watching the news. They were reporting evacuations of houses in the area due to a bomb reported to be inside Viper Customs Building. No bomb has been found yet. Has anyone heard about this...

I was told the stains were a result of the vinyl being marked on the back with a red marker. Not really mold, it is the ink bleeding thru. This information did not come from mastercraft so not sure...
