Another one could be 2 and 3 are cross wise on the distributor 180, bad distributor bearings can wobble and you might see it on a scope/computer might read it with. O misfire noted.

They're hitting the big ones, I'd be thinking that since 2 and 3 are on opposite banks but adjacent. they might be neglecting a possible cam or hydraulic lifter issue.

but on a V-Drive the trans output is up - I'd suspect the transmission cooler/heat exchanger more than the seal. These can be removed...

Hey I'm not sure the PSI. From conversations with them it's a diaghrapm dual action pump that can do vacuum or pressure.

This is more of a volume than pressure game as soon as the pressure is high...
