My X-2 with the MCX engine burns 18liters per hour. Weighted with wakeboard ballast and surfing. 31liters per hour sounds excessive.

The expensive option is to just call a Mastercraft dealer with your hull number and a picture of your interior. You'll get a new one in 8 weeks from the factory. Won't be cheap. I guess $400+.
