Since all 3 are not working it is probably not...

Since all 3 are not working it is probably not the switch panel. More likely the power connections to the timer box. Check the connections at the battery and make sure the power wires in the box...

If the motor runs fine then it may be an impeller problem and not the pump. Have you pulled the impeller from the bad pump?
