prop damage

Ran over a stick that I did not see in the water. I do not notice any bad vibration. How bad is the damage...should I get it fixed or get a new prop?

I am not aware of any on lake restaurants on Smith. Smith lake park also rents small cabins and the boat launch is pretty close.

When I rebuilt mine recently I forgot to install the clip at the end of the float shaft allowing the float to partially come off the shaft and causing the float needle not to seal.

If the bezel won't turn I would try to heat it...

If the bezel won't turn I would try to heat it with a heat gun. This would allow the aluminum ring to expand a little and maybe soften any glue.

To remove the bezel (outer ring), I just gave a firm twist with my hand and it came off. I saw no evidence of glue on the ring.
