Hitting Water Pump

Does your boat have the plastic alignment stops on the floor like those in the picture. If so, don't they hold the cover in a forward position away from the pump?

For the most part, I've only used kill lanyards on Jet skis. But now that we have grandkids and pets on our boats it's got me thinking. The fob reacts to 4" of water. Perhaps a fob on kids life...

Same here. My morning ski group always has to make a joke about my "nose appliance"
I use the swimmers style and have it attached to the zipper pull on the ski vest. Once I'm up I pull it off. Works...

Replacing Raw Water pump on LTR

I'm installing a new raw water pump on the LTR in our 2000 205V this weekend. Does anyone know the size of the allen/hex head on the bolts that connect it to the pulley? Thanks.

2 1/2" x 2 1/2" square aluminum tubing between platform and brackets worked for me.

Sinking platform

The #381 brackets are available for around $400. I added 2 1/2" square aluminum tubing between the platform and the shorter #104 brackets for about $40. It worked great.
