Anyone have any experience with good boat shows in the New England area? Have never been to one before and would like to this year.

I have made my own fiberglass and wood skimboard, and my dad has made his own windsurf boards. I have been seriously thinking about trying a wakesurf board.

Finally took the boat out for the season and first tow with the vehicle. Time for a boat cleaning.

I just made sure to really clean out the grooves...

I just made sure to really clean out the grooves in the fingers. Then once they were glued in with the silicon I wedged some material in-between the fingers to apply force while it was drying.

I replaced mine with rubber cord I bought from...

I replaced mine with rubber cord I bought from McMaster Carr. Cut the pieces to length, rounded off the ends with sandpaper, and glued with waterproof silicon.

Only downside was the rubber cord...

Before I made mine I also found it tough to find one with a 3/4 NPT thread. Most that I found were 1/2 NPT which would not fit in my boat.

I actually made my own last summer. Came out really good, was cheap, and fairly easy to make. As far as light output I think it shines fairly well.

I went to replace the bolt in my swing away tongue, bought a 5/8 bolt but it does not fit...is the bolt metric? I measure the shank diameter and it is .615". I am confused because I cannot match...
