When I had IAC issues, it resulted in a replacement ECM to fix. Had high idle issues. My MEFI1 got upgraded to MEFI2 ECU. Plug compatiable, just cost $1000.

They stress to not over or under fill transmission, but don't say how to quickly get an accurate reading. Great, I guess somewhere in the middle then :)
