Draining the oil, via drain hose, will never be as fast as removing the drain plug from say the engine in your car. The hose fitting, screws inside the oil pan fitting, therefore smaller inside...

You do realize a fiberglass repair kit, runs about $35.00. Takes about a hour to do, let set up over nite. Install hoses, but don't overtighten. Done.

Removing the intake, might give you more room, to get to it. Lot of times, the o-ring is the culprit. Mine wasn't stuck as bad, as yours.

I was changing my intake, anyways, as it was in pretty bad...

Due to your location, you might consider also ordering: snap-ring kit, and damper plate. Due to the age of your boat, just consider it time for a rebuild. Damper plate should be changed.

Did you say, you have 12vdc @ injectors? If yes, with ignition key on, manually ground one injector, independent of wire lume. If it sprays,... then you probably have a bad ignition module, pinch...
