Use a hangar or stff wire and fish it through tube, should help. I have had the same issue and this did the trick.

I paid $3200 locally for my 2002-209 interior last summer. Makes the boat look new. They did a great job. I think $25,000-26,000 is fair.

My 209 with a tower, throws a pretty good spray to side of boat when using the boom. I have extension piece on my boom and that helps a lot, but until you get up to speed the spray is present.
