Replace the fuel line from the tank to the fuel pump. The ethanol softens the fuel line and the pump collapses the fuel line. I had the same problem 2 years ago.

I've been skiing behind a TriStar 190 for 26 years and the slalom wake is very nice. More of a recreational wake for wakeboarding. Mine has over 1700 hours with no major problems, mainly maintenace.
