I test drove the X-1 and X-2, in my opinion the X-1 handles and tracks much better than the X-2. It has a narrower beam about 5 " less I think. The X-1 is about as close to a direct drive's...

I have skiied behind a x-1, and x-2, the slalom wake is definitely better ( smaller and much softer ) behind the x-2. I think it is due to the stepped up hull on the x-2 that allows it to get out of...

I did not realize that the x-14's were the only ones sold so far. I would settle for a photo of an x-14 wake @ slalom speeds.

I am not sure. I will pay more attention next time. I have tried going deep and shallow. I think the answer is going to be rely more on the winch than on powering the boat up when taking out and...

I will second that, the 205v is a hard wake to cut through if you are not a strong slalom skier. I had the opportunity to test ski a 2006 x-2 (maristar 200 hull ) last year and I found the slalom...

This is exactly what was wrong with my depth gauge. It appears they crimped the ground wire but missed the wire all together or it pulled out because of the wire being so small. As soon as I replaced...

It handles the bumps really well. We ski a lot with just one or two people in the boat and have never had a need for weight in the bow. The wake is so good there is no need for the weight.

This is the wake behind my 2005 X-2 ( 205 v hull), that I sold last year, @ 33 mph with 100 lbs of sand in the bow and 1/4 tank of gas. I found the slalom wake to be much better with weight in the...

I had an 05 x-2 and it did not flash shallow until around 1.5- 2.0 feet. It seems like there should be some way to adjust that. I would be interested in knowing that myself.
