pin 87 of the MEFI relay should have 12v when the key is on.
It sounds like pin 86 is not getting 12volts. When this gets 12volts...

Not sure where you are located but I saw a pretty nice 205 DD at Hydrolife sports in Conway AR. last week. Didn't get a price but looked pretty decent just needs a good cleaning buffing and polishing.

Wakerider16 found his issue due to a loose connection at the CPS. He wiggled the connections at the CPS while someone was cranking it and it fired up.

Glad to hear you found the culprit. :) Loose connections on low voltage sensors, and loose connections on fuel pump harnesses seem to quit common.
