Are you using a rotary or DA? I used a rotary with 8" pad and was able to tip it and get right up to most spots. Otherwise cut up a pad and do it by hand.

The arm is keyed so it only goes on one way. I dropped the rudder, replaced o-rings & zerk, and pumped it full of grease.
