The 4'6" is rated up to 190#. I'm 175 to 180 depending on the week and the 4'6" works well for me. Give Brock at Doomswell a call. He's a good resource.

Same thing happened to me. I thought for sure the worm gear clams were tight but they weren't. I went to the Oetiker clamps and the long starting problem went away. I got mine from Summit Racing.
