Impeller, thermostat, and temp sensor are all brand new. I have heard of new t-stats being bad, but I would think that would be pretty rare.

The normal operating engine temp on my '02 LTR has always be 160. Last Saturday it climbed to 120 and then barely moved from there. It might have gone up to around 135-140 a couple of times...then...
