I havent decided how I will repair this yet but I think I will wrap themin matt and apply some glass as for the holes I dunno any thoughts or has anyone done this

finally got around to work on some stuff. When removing the mufflers i noticed they were in pretty bad shape. Someone had tried to repair them before but did not ssand down to the fiberglass....

I would bet money there is rot, I WOULD NOT REFOAM. I'm not sure about how long. There are lots of factors that come into play plus you dont know what it looks like under that floor till you get it...
