It is, 3/4" is the inside diameter of a 3/4" pipe, the outside diameter is the 1.050". You need a 3/4" NPT tap which is available everywhere that sells tools.

The LT-1 pic has the plug wire posts to the inside and the ECM is plugged in to the top with the CPS...
