Help picking my next ski and bindings

I am in the market for a new ski and bindings. I want to try a double boot set up. Not sure if i should just try to find a rear boot to match my current front boot. I don't know if I should just stay with the ski I have or should I upgrade that also. I have a HO free ride its about 4or5 years old. Has radar bindings. But they are coming apart on the top loop. Still functional but I don't know how long it will last. I am just beginning to carve hard (first Boat able to pull me +30mph) think I may be approaching the limitations of what I have.

I need to get a ski set up for my lady also. She is 5'4" and 130lb..... Shhhhhhhhh.... Keep that secret:D. She is able to deep start on my ski set up 67" for me at 6' 190lbs and she can cruise around but not carve hard. Not tight enough bindings and I don't know if ladies need a smaller ski? Should I get her a double binding set up also since she can already deep water start with one?

You can find deals on bindings on Ebay - I would recommend the new comp free rider for here - double bindings is a personal preference for me.

Yikes a ski thread.

Ski-it-again is a great place to look at skis.

Ski length is based on the riders weight and the boat speed, and is published by the ski manufacturer, follow it or if anything go one size up if you tend to go slower or get fatter.

Binding wise, the Wiley's are a good start for most anyone, don't run em too tight, and you seldom hear of any injuries in them.

If you liked your Radars the Radar RS-1 or Strada or whatever its called is another solid option, again not too tight.

Oh and I'd try the Co-X by HO, heck of a lot of ski for da money. Or trial.

I have Radar Vectors that I just bought. Most comfortable bindings I've ever owned.

At ya'lls weight difference, any ski you use is wrong for her, and vice versa.

If you want, used...pm me. I have an HO Esprit 65" with small Wiley double bindings for sale.

I tried to PM you but it said you can't receive any more messages.
