1992 Maristar instrument panel

1 Attachment(s)
Hi All. I have a 1992 maristar 210 and I need new instrument panels (picture attached). They are all cracked, and I am afriad to replace anything with the fear of not being able to screw the panel back into place!! I have searched the site and there is some information, but not for my model. Does anyone know where I can either:

1) get new ones - commercial
2) reapair the current ones
3) find drawings to make new ones - CAD, etc

What materials work for replacement?

Thanks
Dan

I have the same boat. Replaced my panel with .25 starboard, black. Made a template from plywood. Cut with a band saw, routed and sanded the edges. Will shoot a pic.

That would be great!! What did you cut the circles and squares with?

This link was recommended to me so I figured I'd pass it on.

I'm not sure if they have one for your boat or not. I'm in the process of trying to wrap mine but they are not cracked just badly faded.

Help it helps, Steve

I bought some panels from this guy. He was a little hard to communicate with but the panels were very good quality and matched the originals almost exactly. He says that it is made of the same material that was used originally. If you are patient, he could make reproductions of anything you have.
gweaver on this forum also makes a nice panel using a lexan product and routing the letters. You could contact him about making your panels.

Starboard. Drilled holes with proper hole saws and drill press. Stargazer has RPM, Speed, water temp and time, so replace tach with it. Replaced speedo with stereo control. Used stainless washers on the back to beef up the dash. Second photo used .5 in starboard.

I made some out of carbon fiber.

How did you disconnect the back of the switches on the switch and fuse panel? My winter project.
