2013 Touch Screen Hang.
This was our first weekend out on the new X10 (I picked her up Friday). First thing this morning I set the profile to 'Surf Left' , activated the profile and about halfway thru filling the ballast the 7 inch (HV700) screen froze. The ballast pumps would not shut off (a good bit of water came out of the overflow before they finally stopped) and the cruise control was stuck on 10 mph.

Does anyone know of a key combination to force a reboot of the screen?

I ended up pulling connectors to cut the power and force a reboot. It worked fine for the rest of the day today.

Kind of disturbing so much key functionality is tied to this unit and there is no visible hard reset button anywhere and there are not manual overrides for all the critical components like the cruise.

What about turning the battery switch off?

I had a touch screen hang one day the last weekend we were out - just used the battery switch to kill it for 30 seconds and everything was good again. It didn't happen again. I just chalked it up to "one of those things".

I have this issue on 2013 as well. Had to use battery switch to reset. Just turning key off wouldn't work.

Once my unit locked up, I could change nothing.

Same here, mine froze once on my x10 I just flipped the battery switch for 30 seconds and never had the issue again. Chalked it up as one of those things.

Anyone have issues with the screen showing ballast in the tanks when you turn the power off?

Anything further on this issue? Has it been resolved?

It's a software lock up, turning the Bat switch for 10 seconds will make the system re-boot.
