I just bought a new replacement from this company http://waymires.com/ They have a direct replacement for mastercraft trailers that had the reliable brand actuator , the new ones are made by UFP

I've had good experiences with both Waymires and Pacific Trailer. Both would carry the replacement - probably a UFP A-60 (see what's stamped into the sheet metal). Waymire's website is harder to navigate, but they carry every UFP replacement part that you might ever want. For example, you might want to start on this page.

You dont have to replace the entire tongue assembly. You could replace just the inner member slide which houses the brake actuator similar to this...

It is a pretty straight forward replacement.

Did the 2007's use Reliable or UFP??

My 2010 was Reliable....unfortunately for me

If Reliable, the retrofit from Reliable to UFP would be the easiest way of going.

Otherwise cutting and welding will be required.

If UFP already.....easy!!!

i still dont know what the difference is between ufp and reliable... my tongue says aft 7500 or something like that...

I have a 2010 Prostar with a single axle MC trailer. I picked it up from storage Sat. and the people broke the latch for the ball. Last time MC warrantied it. I am thinking they my not be so open this time because he used a hammer and a pry bar. I know how to install the parts but, I don't know where to buy them.
