MX Plus
I have been asked on the still new to me '98 Prostar 190 what the designation MX Plus on the cowl over the flame arrestor means. I'm almost embarrassed to ask, but I always have to answer that I don't know. Would someone chime in and enlighten me?

It is MC's designation for its throttle body injected Chevy 350 with Vortec heads. Around 308 hp. Very reliable engine with nice mid range torque.

The MX is a throttle body injected Indmar conversion. It has Vortec heads and roller cam.

Dam, Doug always beats me to it.

Doug - What kind of grease should I use in my muffler bearings? :D

Ha! Couldn't tell you. :) I'd try it if it would make me feel better. Came down with something yesterday. Haven't felt this crummy in a while.
