Restoring and need decals

I have bought my first boat. 2003 Mastercraft X30. The person i bought it from was restoring it and had removed the decals and bought new ones that don't fit due to the rub rail location. I was wanting to find a set of the original decals and can't seem to locate them on the internet. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

Do you have a photo of what you need?

I got my older ones from BAWS. Check with Jim@BAWS on this Forum.

Check with Jim at BAWS. That's not a tough decal to reproduce - but having the artwork will make it easier. Anyone worth their salt in using illustrator could reproduce that artwork. The hardest part would be to recreate the gradients correctly. If you can't find a source PM me and I we can discuss having some artwork created.

I tried to replicate a very similar decal. Hard stuff to do. Jim is prob your best bet or stalking ebay. I tried like crazy to get the company who did the decals to release me the x9 design and they were less than cooperative while MC encouraged reproducing them

Thanks guys for the heads up. I have contacted a sign company that did a Wrap on one of my work vans and they think they can replicate the decal. I'll keep eveyone posted!

Easy design to replicate if you illustrator and photoshop. Just some gradients and funky font mods. The red may be to hit spot on if you don't have the color values they used and also if what kind of inks were used. Eco-solvent inks will give you richer deeper look on the reds than UV and Latex inks. Make sure you get an Oracal or Avery vinyl they are best and a good UV Laminate. Also make sure they use an edge sealer since its such a large decal and water will be hitting the leading edge of the decal.

Let me check what a very good skilled wrapper designer would charge for this.

A good hi-res photo will help a designer replicate artwork.

I am not sure if this is the one you are after, But might be pretty close. Or for someone else looking.
