Barefoot 200 Tower
 

I'm contemplating on wither or not to install a tower on my Barefoot 200.
This is to advance my barefooting, not for resale of my boat.

Currently using 7' Skylon Tower Pole, but eventually looking towards one of these.
Anybody out there talented enough to make one for 1/2 of original price tag?

IMHO, the worst part of any new install will be the first drill hole after that, huge benefits!
Your thoughts or advice for you who already have 'em on your boats ...

This is the only tower I've ever seen on a BF200 boat, but I have no idea who makes it.

Looked at some Monster Towers but not really sure if the top piece is compatible.

What is your budget? That will narrow it down a bit, right?

That's correct, tower then top piece above it.

If it were me (and it's not) I would have a machine shop fabricate a slightly longer extended pylon. The only issue would be side forces applied to a taller pylon but footers aren't usually running the slalom course! :D Are you planning on jumping from wake to wake directly behind the boat like Andre?

You said you weren't worried about resale but I think the tower looks strange on the BF200. Kinda like putting one on a S&S boat. If the extended, extended pylon doesn't meet your needs you could then go with a tower.

ATL....Is that picture recent? Was thinking of heading your way over Memorial Day....Is the canal from Lake Roy passable or would we need to head to the big ramp?

I like footing off a tower but that contraption looks insane ;) Our tower from New Dimensions should be here next week, they aren't cheap.

Samson sports edge tower, I've got the same on my PS 205. It's a solid tower with no complaints. I'm not aware of the purpose of a high attachment for barefooting, anyone care to school me.
