Fixing scratched windshield question
 

Hey, does anyone have a good way to remove light scratches from my plexiglass windshield. Trailering my 80 SS with a cover over the years has caused the cover to create a light haze on the windshield. I have tried paste wax with no result and am afraid to try rubbing compound. I expect buffing with a 1500-2000 grit compound is required to remove the haze, but before I do that I wanted input.

I would be tempted to try one of the headlight polishing kits in a small spot to see if that would work.
