Impeller for '94 prostar 190?

My '94 Prostar 190 (non LT1 engine) needs a new water pump impeller... engine temp. forced me to shut down over the weekend and when I opened the impeller housing I found the impeller was down to 2 blades!

Can anyone point me to the correct replacement part? I can't find the spec. anywhere.

Also, any recommended sites to order from are appreciated.
thanks,

Tim

This might be what you are looking for. I have been very pleased with price and service from SKIDIM for the last 10 years. If you aren't certain about the part you can call them and somebody will help you out.

Know how to get the old one out?

Pretty sure that's still the impeller for the Johnson 812 pump, right? Someone will let me know if I'm wrong that's for sure! There are a few dealers here that can get you the right one. Plus, there's www.skidim.com. I just picked up a couple and they were about $35 each.

The Johnson 812 impeller should be readily available from any MasterCraft of Malibu dealer, if you don't want to buy it online. Like most, I keep one or two of the things around as a spare.

tlane, the info here appears correct. the skidim part is what I use in my 93 prostar non LT1. buy two so you have one as a spare and/or for next one and I think they come with the white gasket. If not, be sure to order gasket for cover. also, it may be good to check your thermostat area for shreds of rubber from the impeller. for that matter, I recommend you change your thermostat and gasket at the same time, if it has not been replaced in a couple years. fairly cheap insurance to keep it running without incident.

Carry a spare in the boat, Carry a spare in the boat!:D

So, that means you buy two of them now, carry a spare in the boat, then when you replace the next one, order/buy just one!
