need some advice! trailer and x-star
I've been talking to a guy about a 2007 x-star switch with a 6.0L motor in it and everything seems legit and nice. I'm still new with mastercrafts and just want to make sure i'm getting a good deal. the boat is blue with a white hull, and a teak plateform that needs sanding and teak oil to be applied but here is the ad below...

2007 Mastercraft XStar Switch (Not the Salt Water version),GREAT BOAT! Teach your kids and all their friends to Wakeboard, Wake Surf and Water Ski!!!This is the upgraded model and has all the extras that you want. 2007 X-STAR with LY6 VRS Engine to pull skiers, tubers, wakeboarders and surfers. Teak Swim Platform. Perfect Pass Wakeboard Speed Control. Premium Plus Sound System with 6 Speakers and two Tower Speakers. KGB Ballast System with cockpit controls. Boat is in Excellent Condition and has just been serviced. Boat has ALWAYS been dry stored with cover on. Purchase price includes two wakeboards, wakesurfer, performance ski ropes, knee boards, two tubes, 10+ life jackets, etc.Price is for Boat and all accessories. Average Retail for this boat via NADA is $60,815. I'm selling this boat for $49,950 - YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER BOAT IN THIS CONDITION FOR A LOWER OR HIGHER PRICE!!!! I GUARANTEE IT!!Please call for more information or a test drive. $49950

The problem is it doesnt come with a trailer since they purchased it at the marina and stored it there. the price sounds good if it had a trailer but i don't know where to find a trailer or how much they go for as well. the dealership the seller referred me to has two trailers that'll fit the xstar but one was faded/trashed looking for 3600$ and the other was a yellow that looked decent for the same price.

is this a good deal? thanks yall!

Sounds like a good deal from what you've posted. Do you have any pics of the boat?

I believe 50K for a 2007 is a fair price if all is as described and in ex condition, should be just below NADA

I don't think you would want to ski behind it... lol

50k with the trailer Would be a fair price how many hours and 2nd Motor or came with the boat from the factory?

Sounds like a fair price. Nice that it has the 6.0 liter too.

If you like to wakeboard, you're going to love that boat! Even for wakesurfing it's pretty good, just have to stay a bit closer to the stern than with other boats.

For a new trailer, try boatmate or magic tilt (aluminum)
Sometimes used trailers pop up on here for sale too.
