Basically new Soulcraft surf board For Sale

Posted this in the wrong for sale section yesterday:

I have a basically brand new Soulcraft Honu I'm selling. It's only been ridden twice. It's perfect and the only reason I'm selling it is because I have a custom one coming with art work to replace this all white one (far right board in the pics). It's the latest greatest Soulcraft board and Jeff's favorite (owner of SC). It's $800 plus shipping normally. I will take $600 for this one. I'd prefer a local sale so I don't have to ship it but I can ship it if need be. Shipping is $60-85 depending on where it's going. Email me at [email protected] with any questions or if you want it. The description below is right off the Soulcraft website. It's a 4.8 and will support up to 220lbs. Someone 150-180lbs can easily ride it as well.

"Da Honu is a fast board with sharp down rail to a box hard rail at the tail that allows the rail to grab the wake for speed but can generate speed by pumping off the tail too, It has a rounded wide tail for easy release on 360's and surface tricks, It also adds stability to the board to recover from the back of the wake. Adjusted nose rocker with nose flip for speed and prevention of pearling on re-entry of tricks. Deep single concave with a twin fin set set up standard but can be set up as a twinzer, Quad or 6 fin set up. Grab rails for strength and airs, Concave deck helps the board stick to your feet for controlled air tricks. Da Honu is one of the most technically advanced boards I've made with many years of R&D incorporated into it. It has quickly become one of my favorites and a must have to your surfboard quiver."

The Honu has been sold. If anyone wants a new one let me know though and I'll get you hooked up. Jeff is a personal friend of mine and I sell a lot of SC boards as well.

I ordered mine a few weeks ago. Can't wait to receive it Ryan!

Has anyone surfed the Honu? Looks sweet...

Finally got some time to ride mine last week after the 4th traffic died down. I love it too. Had some windy days and I swear I think the NXT 22 reacts more to wind than weight. Either way I was really impressed with the push of the surf wave. My son was riding my 4'8" Honu waaaay back (further than i could recover from, but there's 80 lbs different).

Our MC dealer loaned me a 4'8" Honu to Demo this weekend. Mainly for the wife but I'm going to give it a go :D

I'm 180 lbs / 5'11" and that's the size Jeff Wahlers at Soulcraft recommended. It's certainly a board that you can grow with. I'm riding with both regular and short fins on a 4 fin set up for stability, but I think with your higher speed surf settings, it will be a blast. It's a pretty fast board. I can a ride big chunk of the wave on it, just not as far back as my oldest kid.
