1. When engaging the clutch into gear and pushing it forward the boat only slowly accelerates and then even when the lever is left in the same position slows down and speeds up by itself. Notedly at 3000 RPM it slows down then at approx 2200 RPM it re-engages. In addition to this at the start of acceleration there is a low level base vibration near the back of the boat.
