HI Scott,
I live in Airdrie and have a 2012 Mastercraft X25 with a 5.7l and Gen1. I have been reading about your install on the Go surf assist you installed on your boat. Couple questions if you do mind..
1. Can you still tie down back of boat with new tabs?
2. when you take off your old tabs, do the new have same bolt pattern so I do not have to drill new holes?
3. what do you think of them?
4. If I paid you would you help me install them?
Thanks
kent
Hey Scott, I buy the stuff in orders of $150-$200 for a season or 2, but it keeps the boat looking brand new. The conditioner sauce and quickie sauce are both excellent as well. I use it very "liberally", so I probably use more than most people in a season plus we try to wipe down almost every outing.
That is your 45 in Marina Bay right? I love the upgrades you did. Looks awesome with the red tower inserts and speaker grills.
Hey Scott, I but them direct from Sean who is the Canadian Rep for Boat Bling. He used to be in Marina bay a few boats dowen from me, but now he lives in Edmonton and sells boats at Martin. Very stand up guy. He has a 2014 X-30 and posts on here sometimes. Give him a call at 780-868-9805 and let him know you are on TT and you know me, he will hook you up. The products are excellent, I have been using them for 7 years now and I couldn't be happier. I usually just buy a big package to last me a couple years.
I will tell you that Napoleon is going to be a problem for shipping. Because he is outside the largest size that ups will handle, we are having to go through a different shipping company. Because he is so fragile and because we are shipping international, they are really sticking it to us for shipping. They want to charge is $495 to ship it and I think that is just too high. We could do a couple of things, if you would like to consider another fish that might be smaller or I could make another sailfish similar to Napoleon and make it a tad smaller. I have got another piece of driftwood that looks a lot like that pointed nose on Napoleon if you'd like to consider that. Shipping on Ulysses is half of what Napoleon is at $275.00. I will get absolute costs to you in a few minutes but thought I would give you a heads up about Napoleon. Thanks
We haven't even driven it yet... bought it when the snow was on the ground, so we will have to wait until May to get out on it. We are stoked for it though...
