There are many different bf200's out there, please provide som pictures of what you are wondering about
I'm still searching the web for replacement parts for these boats, but they seem to be harder and harder to find. There is almost nothing on ebay.. :/

I was able to pick up a 1991 barefoot 200 with a yamaha 200 pro v. I'm excited to get it up and going this spring. The boat is going to need some fiberglass work and outboard work as well. The question I have and no one can seem to answer is what are the stainless steel plates in the floor for? One person told me they were for Judges seats for comp. Does any one know about this? Or have picts of a Bf200 with these seats installed.
thanks.

Would like to know if anyone has inatalled tracking fins on the m/c barefoot 200? Like The small wake the boat puts out but tends to get pulled around sking. Noticed that the barefoot sanger has two tracking fins.

Prop
I've seen from some of your posts that you and your friends have outboard barefoot boats.
At chance do you have a spare 19 pitch High 5 you would want to sell or trade for a 21 pitch High 5?

Hi guys! It's been a while since I been here. It's about 4 months to I can pull out my MC BF200 from hibernation, and again my search for spare barts will begin
Do you know of any place/store that might have parts for these boats? I'm looking for dashboard parts. Mine is cracking up :/ plastic-****..
BTW: i tested my topspeed last summer with GPS. I chickened out at 109 km/t (67 mph) that 3.1 L vmax really have some muscle!
EDIT: oh yeah.. and some ideas of where to find good boatcovers for these boats?! I bought one last year at boatcovers.com. I bought the semi costum sunburst model. Not to happy with it. Way to wide for my boat and to light.. It keeps blowing of.. And with all the rain up here, it becomes a problem..

Howdy All,
How about a predecessor to your BF 200's joining the group? I purchased my 1988 ProStar 200 around Thanksgiving and love it. It was pampered by the original owner and only needed a little freshening and detailing.

Hi jeffbare,
Clearly a late reply to you. I believe I have a 3 blade SS, 21P prop (no brand name), but I'll need to take it off to get the dia. It has great hole shot and top end is about 55mph. I also have a 3 blade SS, 13 3/4", 17P that I've never used, but I was told the boat will practically jump out of the water with it. I've seen other postings stating 13 3/4 X 19P, 3 blade stainless and 59mph top end and a 19" High five on a 200 merc getting 62 mph. It would be nice to re-sleeve a high five for a yamaha. They're great props with incredible hole shot yet respectable top end (I use to have one on a 150hp merc).
Finally checked my current prop ... It's a 14.5 x 21-M1 stainless 3-blade - Great hole shot and 55 to 58 mph top end
