Back is doing really,really well.I'm lifting things and twisting with no pain and can bend over with my knees locked and almost touch the floor.Going to the Gym 4 times aweek for Core strenght training and Cardo.I can really feel a differance with the Cardo training don't get fatigued as quickly.
My right foot is starting to get the feeling back,but no strenght yet.
So I'm am excited about next summer.If I keep up this pace at the gym I hope to be 80-85% back by April......fingers crossed.
