I have a couple more questions as I'm installing my GT40P heads.
First question is basic. Did you keep the original carburetor spacer when you installed your Weiand intake? I'm going with the Eldelbrock Performer and I'm worried about motor box clearance.
Second question is an "oh, ****" question. One of my cylinder head bolt holes in the block stripped out when I was installing the head with new ARP head bolts.
Should I just pull that head back off and put in a helicoil or am I going to need machine shop work? I have terrible luck. Looks like it stripped the top half of the threads in that bolt one hole.
