That's pretty scary with a rebuilt prop. If I could get to the Boat I would let you know what I am running. It's a three blade stainless, my spare is at the lake. Sorry I can't help more, but I think one is a 21" and the other is a 19". Stainless is the way to go.

Looking to take mine out this weekend to try out a new prop (Power Tech ELE4 19p). The three blade Stilletto 19 pitch it came with when I bought it in November 2001 has seen better days. Brought it to a prop shop and found out it had been re-pitched and each blade was different (17p, 16p and 15.5p). She'll still top out at 51-52 mph but is spinning 6200+ rpm.
