It has been a good 15 years or so, but you are in for a real treat. Depending upon how much water they have released, it can be a great experience. If the water level is low, not near as much fun.
Good luck. And if you hear banjo music, keep paddling.

Nice rapids, yall be careful though cause the water is low right now. I used to go swimming in "Bols Lus" all the time, if you have never been down it, you'll know when you hit it, it is about a tiered 10-15' drop. Are yall skiing on Burton?

No...we have homes on Center Hill in Tennessee. A lot of families take the week of the 4th off. Each year, we do some 'non-lake' adventures for fun. Kinda like field trips. The kids are all older now so we can do real adventures.
