Anyone ever adjust their Wiley bindings? My Connelly has extra holes and this one doesn't. Would I have to remove the entire binding to access the screws and make new holes??? TB

I just got some for my wife and looked at them wondering the same thing. Best bet, it seems, might be to let some guy with a foot size two sizes larger than you ride them. Always worked well on the old o'brien advantage bindings.
/got nuthin.
//too much beer.
I bought a clearout O'Brien Siege with Wiley bindings and had to make new holes to loosen the wrap-arounds. I did have to remove the binding to do this. Once done the binding fit and work well. From memory I believe that their return policy states that they would not accept binding that had been "adjusted".
It might be best to give them a call at ((206) 762-1300) and ask them directly.

Yeah, the policy states something like "new, saleable" condition. You could always order a larger overlay from Wileys. Great thing about those boots is the availability of reasonably priced replacement parts.

when i got my trick wrap from them it was too tight. After 5 minutes of trickin my foot was blood red and asleep. I took the wrap apart and made new holes and now its golden. I guess make new holes at your own risk, it worked for me and I have no complaint now. I do however think these bindings loosen up a lot over time. Mine is a lot looser now than it was when I got it, but not loose enough to go to the other set of holes.
Take a pop can, soap it up and put it in the binding and leave it there for a couple of days. It helps some. I have had to do this on almost every binding I have purchased from Wiley's (trick, jump).
As mentioned you can take them apart and put new holes in the wraps. pretty straighforward and the trick to putting them back together is a couple of vice grips to hold the binding while you screw and hold the acorn nuts.

If you have to adjust them, I find it extremely difficult to use the regular screws to pull everything together. Get some longer screws and regular nuts (not the capped off ones), and then use those to pull everything together. Once its all together, replace them one by one with the regular short screws and capped nuts.

Great advice-lso use a vice and clamp.

Wow you guys brought this thing back from the dead! almost one year old. I think it loosened up enough for my buddy to use it but I'll pass along the great info. TB

I have put tennis balls in them and soak them in a bucket of hot water.
