as some of you know i wrecked my prop by what i think was the magnet on 3 ball.
i ordered the exact same prop that was on the boat and installed it last friday. i took the boat out on saturday and ran it on public water and didnt notcie anything different..
on the ski lake last night i noticed that the hole shot was not as good when pulling up a skier. i would imagine that since these props are cnc, that they should be exactly the same. do you think that there could be small variations between two same model props? i should have checked all the baselines but the lake was crowded..

maybe im just trippin....

CNC should be nuts on. Super tight tolerances. Sure you didn't have one to many beers thar Rod?

yep, double checked last night... it wasnt a huge difference so i may have been something else... like the extra passenger or something.. i gues i will get the old one repaired and put it on and then check...

Consider the possibility that the same strike that dinged your prop may have put a subtle bend in the shaft, or affected the alignment of the strut.

no, i actually ran the boat with the damaged prop for two sets after it had happened and it ran fine.. no vibration and the hole shot was still the same... i think im just trippin... just getting getting paranoid..
