Wanted to thank everyone that came out to Mid-Week Wake-Up last night on. It was a great night on the Fox River and quite a few local riders brought their A game. Wanted to send a special thanks to Kevin Henshaw and Ben Greenwood for making a special appearance, hanging out, and promoting the sport. Chicago Mastercraft pulled all of the riders behind the 2006 X-Star. Next week will be a demo night, be sure to make it out!

The results of the first bi-weekly contest hosted by Midwest Militia and The Broken Oar are as follows:

Beginner:
1st Cole Stiller

Intermediate:
1st Joe Ryan
2nd Alex Kruse
3rd Kevin Kuntsman

Outlaw:
1st Nick Cankar
2nd Mark Michelini
3rd Brian Waskevich
4th Justin Milos
5th Pierce Homsey

I was there wakeboarding...launched from the Broken Oar and went up river where no one could see us :)

Didn't spot you Erk?! River was calm enough to foot.

Those kids were really stomping it. Very impressive (and intimidating) to watch.

I would love to but I have to sail tonight. Does this run through the whole summer? Fox Lake is only 35 minutes from me.
