Well almost. Pulled the trigger on an '07 Avalanche 2wd LTZ. If you rember the poll from a few weeks back I decided to go with the black on black. Truck is currently in transit to dealer. Scheduled to be at the port tomorrow and should be able to pick up from the dealer Tuesday or Wednesday. I can't wait. Don't think I am going to get much work done until it gets here. Now if I can just talk my wife into NTIDSL's '05 TT for a perfect match to the truck... Yeah right! Pictures here when I get it.

Edit: My New Truck :D

I'm infatuated with those trucks. My wife is tired of me talking about getting one.

I really like them now that they are offered without all that plastic rough stuff around the bottom edges

Same here. I can't remember when I looked at a pre production vehicle, did they change the machanism/process for removing the back window? Just curious if it is powered now...

Great color Brian! That LTZ looks awesome expecially with the roof racks.

I totally agree they are starting to look like really nice truck with all the plastic being taken off.

No the back window is still manual. I would have liked power but don't see how that could actually work because there would be a lot of times (at least for me) that I would want to fold down the midgate but leave the window in place.

I agree with everyone about the old Avalanches with all of the plastic cladding. BFU!

That is the truck I want, my husband just called me this morning and told me the dealership he works at just got there first 07 in.
We are considering a trade my '05 for the new '07. Few more options and they look much nicer. Mine now is all black like that, I'd think I'd stay with the same color, only thing I'd change, MC sticker in the rear window.

I have a frech MC decal ready for the new truck. As soon as I get it home the decal goes on the back window. Just a few more days.

I happen to like the avalanche with the body cladding. In fact I think they look better with it than without.

Now.. if they can just add the Duramax / 6 Speed Allison in there. That would be an unbelievable ride!

I had to stop at the dealership today to check it out. I liked what they changed. Tempting to trade in already, heck I almost have enough miles on my '05 to be out of warranty, will by the end of the year, especially if we drive to MM2. The improvements to the body were much needed.

That it would............;)
If I could only get one with an 80 gallon tank so I only have to fill up once a week..:D Or so I could make a trip to the U.P. on one fill up...

Nice truck B. However, I'm still a little partial to the F-150 King Ranch.

That would be them. The entire interior (seats, console, steering wheel) is made out of a soft, dark brown, castano leather.
