Does anyone have his email address? I had an outstanding experience with my dealers service and I wanted him to know about it.

Anyone? Anyone?

Your best bet would be to get a hold of Greg Clower and let him know. He is a great guy and is in the position to handle the good and bad of dealer/customer issues.

You could do it the old fashion way, handwritten note sent by snail mail.

Not many people today hand write a note of thanks. If you want to get noticed do something different than everyone else. It is far to easy to send an e-mail.

Agreed....We recently used the post office to write a letter....Let's just say it got someone off "the hook".

You know, the little white jeep with blue decals, that pulls up in front of your house every day and puts Domino Pizza and Tampex coupons in that black box at the end of your driveway.

Still no response from the PM I sent to the Dealer relations person I even tried ... bigdaddy@mastercraft.com. Wonder if I trust the "cutlass" mail?
