I'm going to be in Denver Jul 5th - 11th. The weekend will be empty. Does anyone on here care to help me out? I will gladly chip-in for beer, gas, whatever. I also won't forget how to wipe the boat down when we are done :D

ATLFOOTER,

I've seen Greg ski at our Colorado tournament last year. I agree he's an awesome skier. We have our first tournament of the year this Saturday. Probably see him there.

Greg was a no-show. No ones heard from him. If I see him, I'll pass on your message.

I'm on a private lake in Commerce City...just north of Denver proper. I got a 1997 Prostar 205 and would love to have ya up to the lake. I'll be in Lake Powell from June 30 till July 7th.

Let me know!

Just PM me or email me and we'll see if our schedule's align. If they do I'd be happy to give you a pull.

I was out of state for the first Cottonwood tourney, I did make it to Lakeview, only I'm running 50% right now, still did ok.

Who are you altfootr and were you referring to me?
And who are you Cofooter that you've seen me at tournaments?

A couple from the Denver area just purchased property behind us in Bakersfield. They are going to use it for 4 months here and there. They baught a 'bu and had problems with it right away. Took it back and the dealer is loning them an 07 Prototype boat until their's is fixed. The boat has all the bells and whistles. A friend skied behind it and said it was a great ride. Nice wakes and tracking.

Maybe someone in the Denver area knows who I talking about.

My trip has now been canceled... My pop just had a very serious stroke (close to the brain stem). I won't be going anywhere for a good while.

thanks all for your offers though.

Sorry to hear about your Dad. The aging process is not being nice to our parents these days. He will be in our thoughts and prayers. B

Take care Jimmer and I am very sorry, there is nothing better than Pop! We are all pullling for yours! When someone calls the ole man Pops there is a connection. That is a title of endearment and we hope and expect your Pops to fully recover!

Thank you all very much. People can joke all they want about online friends. But, this group is a great group of people.

This is the first year I ever remember where I won't be on the boat over the 4th. But, It'll be well worth it, watching the fireworks from the hospital room with Pops. He can't say much, but his gestures say it all.:friday:

SkiSix, I was referring to ATLFOOTERS friend, Greg, at a Barefoot tournament. I ski at Pit 4 and a lake in Windsor.

Jimmer, sorry to hear about your Dad. I wish you and your family the best. Looks like you got a lot of skiing options when you do make it out here. Stay in touch.

I'm going to jump on this thread since I just go relocated to Denver for work for the next 6 months and my boat is currently sitting in Boston (for use when I go back on weekends).

I'm set up in an apartment in LoDo and work down in Centennial and would love to hook up with folks for a ski. I don't ski enough to be any good but I do love just getting on the water and having fun.

I have no idea where anything is, but I have a car and gas money (and will have to bum a ski/board) and would love to be a third. I'm around this weekend by myself July 28-30.

Thanks!

Scott

P.S. Best of everything to your Pops, Jimmer.

Scott, it's been a while. Where have you been? Thanks for your kind thoughts.

It has been a while. New job, new wife, and a house remodeling (everything myself... I hate dealing with constractors) have kept me away from the board. No offense to the great folks on here, but my choices were to use the boat or check the board and use the boat won!

Scott, just saw your post. We ski east of Fort Collins which is kind of a haul for you. We head up occasionally during the week but mostly on weekends. Are you ever around on the weekend?
