Sizzler...Love that you are the first to post! I tell ya, that crazy time difference.

I'm going to enjoy my Macallan's this evening. Last week, I bought a new sexy Apple G4 computer. As I was downloading the music off my IPod onto the new computer, my IPod crashed. No big deal...all the music transfered successfully onto the new computer....all 40g's. Took a trip to the Apple Store and they gladdly replaced my 6 month old IPod. This week, I'm happy to report wasn't much better. I tripped on the cord of my new computer, sending it off the coffee table crashing to the hard wood floor, busting the power cord, and it consiquently crashing the hard drive. I was able to recover my business files, thanks to the technically minded folks at the Apple Store. Kind of conserned, considering half my life is on that computer.

But this story has a happy ending...the good people at Apple are going to replace the hard drive, thanks to the extended Apple Care. Now that the good people at the Apple Store are on a first name basis with me, hopefully this week won't lead to anything more serious. Now, I think it's time to get that external hard drive to add a layer of protection that I so dearly need...

Anyways, if anyone would like to buy me a scotch on the rocks, please feel free to do so.

Nothing really interesting :o Wife just assumed that I had developed a real drinking problem. She didnt really like the fact that on the 1st night of our vacation I was passed out cold on the bathroom floor and she had to go to dinner alone! Needless to say it took more than a few hours to get her over that little incident! So no mas tequila para me. Solomente Cerveza!

Understand, I pulled one of those stunts on the last night in Spain few years ago. The Belgium group I was with took over the hotel bar, started mixing our own drinks and even running the cash register. Well they were mixing drinks way to strong as I found out the next morning. I would probably hate some liquor if I even knew what I was drinking! :firejump:

Probably not something he would want me to admit, but my dad used to let me stick two fingers (and only two fingers) in his drink from what I can only describe as a rather early age. What can I say, the taste really takes me back. This is something I'll surely opt not to repeat with my own son.

HEEEELLLLLLOOOOOO...is anyone drinking today?

Me, I think I'll have a scotch on the rocks, make a nice dinner, and pack for Vegas. Then I'll clean the condo before I leave. Life of a rock star, baby!

A bourbon and sprite...;) Never seen the official name, but have had them since I was a young lad in Tennessee. Was a drink of my parents on trout fishing trips in the Smokies.

I've been a Scotch & H2o man since I was 18. Anything mixed with sugar gives me a headache. Ever tried Vodka & Prune Juice? I call it a pile driver!!!!

No, I don't drink this drink often because it does give me headaches. Maybe I should try water. Great History Channel show on the other night about bourbon/whiskey in KY/TN.

I'm mostly beer drinker, some wine and rarely bourbon. My wife is in Evansville since her Mom was rather sick this week. MIL is dong better and they are both come back tomorrow.
