I have 2 questions

1. The first problem is with the trailer. We picked it up from the dealer to get it ready to go for the year and brought it back to the house. We went to back it in and it wnot go in reverse. We did notice that there was a piece of duct tape over a bolt that we thought might have made a difference.

2. Anybody know where to get a new vent cover like the one in the picture. It is cracked and we need to know where to get one.

check your trailer light plug. if you have a 5 post plug on your trailer and a 4 post plug on your tow vehicle the break won't disengage. you can hook up your plug connections backwards with two posts hanging off then turn your headlights on and it will disengage the brake. don't know about the vent.

Go to www.waymires.com they will have it all. The plastic cap is part number 32547U Outer Member Cap, plastic. If you hate using the back up key get Part number 34359U Optional Lockout Reservoir Cap. The Optional Lockout cap replaces the plastic cap and can be turned to lockout the trailer brakes. When you pull forward it will return to normal! Very slick and around $20 bucks I believe. As for your vent I have no idea. :D

Vent would have to be a dealer item. Its possible you could just repair that with some fiberglass and a gelcoat repair kit, then drill a new hole.
