Boston and Houston deserve to be there. However, I am going to have to go with St. Louis and Boston. St. Louis just has too much...pitching, defense, speed, and they can hit a little. Boston has the two best startes in my opinion. Santana has been great for the Twins, but they are missing a lot of other key elements. Boston also has a great hitting lineup and a much improved defense. As for the Yanks, I just don't want to see them there.

astros have never made it out of the first round. never.
I am cautiosly optomistic about their chances at making it to the world series.
They CAN beat braves and cards, but will they?

Last night's Twins-Yankees game really stunk. Why on earth did the Twins' coach leave Nathan in for the 12th inning when he hasn't pitched over two innings of relief all year? Sure he was great in the first two innings he pitched, but don't start trying new things in the postseason.

My sentimental favorites are the Red Sox and the Astros. Curt Schilling vs. Roger Clemens. It'll probably never happen, but it sure would be interesting.

Well, now that the SoCal Series is a memory, the Braves will beat the Astros tonight. Then, who knows. Smart money goes to the Cards.

I may not agree with everyone's politics but I'm glad we share some of the same feelings with regard to baseball! Go SOX!

my prediction: Cubs 142, Yanks -7. Coach Baker will find a way. (rocking back and forth) MAKE IT A HAPPY PLACE MAKE IT A HAPPY PLACE. If you lived in chicago, you would see that there is no hope on the horizon for anything athletic. Blackhawks, gone, Bulls, joke, Bears, joke, Cubs, dismantling, Sox, who cares.

Well, so much for the Braves. The Astros - Cards series will be a good one, I am thinking the Cards in 5.

Since I am one of those "anyone but the Yankees" guys.........GO Sox!

I live about an hour from St. Louis and about 3.5 from chicago. I am a die hard Cubs fan. It is about time someone around here took some heat other than the Cub fans.
