I am sitting here tonight with the daunting task of understanding why my buddy was killed two nights ago. Even more so understanding how a very large tree fell on his truck, killing him instantly while he was inside, driving down the street, during high winds. He leaves behind dozens of friends and more importantly a wife and two kids.. Story here:

Steve, sorry for your loss. Always a very hard time for understanding. Throw out rhyme and reason and understand that some accomplish much more in a short time than others. Reflect and celebrate John's accomplishments and all he has meant to everyone around him. Take care and remember the good! I am not that strong but if it were me that is how I would see it and want it to be. :(
PS. This may be the forum to share some great stories about John and his life. We are not as fortunate to have known him. :twocents:

Steve, I am very sorry to hear about your friend. It makes one realize just how fragile we really are and puts everything into perspective.
It really makes me think about how I should be thankful for all of the moments spent with family and friends.

Life is a precious thing. And as sad as it is to say this, it seems we realize that way to late. I'll keep your friend in my thoughts and Prayers. Take it easy.
